Rapid Manufacturing

We can offer you rapid manufacturing in our stock fabrics and stock colours with lead times of up to 7 working days, or in Pantone® colours of your specification within 14 working days subject to approval of lab-dips. Our capacity is up to 180,000 garments per week depending on the style.

Very Low Minimum

The minimum production per style, per colour and per size is 200 pieces.

Transit Times

*Road - our weekly shipment by truck leaves Turkey every weekend and arrives in our London warehouse usually within 10 calendar days, subject to road conditions. *There is an additional charge for air freight, if requested, which will be quoted separately.

All the fabrics are produced from fully combed cotton (primarily source from the Aegean), knitted in fine gauge, in weight from 90gsm to 320gsm, reactive dyed to ensure colour fastness and allow discharge printing.

Specialist fabrics are also available from stock: certified organic, sustainable bamboo, melange blends, fluorescents, etc.

Organic Certified Screen-Printing

Our own screen printing facility in Turkey has been certified as organic under the Global Organic Textile Standard.

This is a ground-breaking achievement and a first such a facility anywhere in Turkey or Europe.
